We help with tree removal, pruning, lopping, stump grinding, land clearing and urgent tree problems across Sydney's North Shore and Ryde.

Call when a tree is dead, damaged, overgrown, too close to a building, blocking access or leaving a stump in the way. We can help work out whether pruning, removal or another service suits the problem.

Pruning selectively removes branches for a defined purpose, such as clearance, deadwood or structural improvement. Trimming usually describes lighter work to manage shape or clearance.

“Lopping” is often used as a general term for reducing a tree. We can look at the height, spread and tree condition, then discuss selective pruning, staged reduction or removal where those options are more suitable.

Requirements vary by council, property, tree and proposed work. Heritage, biodiversity, development and bushfire controls can also affect the pathway.

Check the current guidance from the council or relevant authority before removing a protected tree or carrying out substantial pruning. Obtain any approval needed before the work starts.

Photos are useful for the first conversation. For larger trees, difficult access or work close to buildings, we may arrange a site visit before confirming the price.

Keep people away from the tree and do not stand beneath damaged branches. Call 000 if someone is in immediate danger.
