A small practice, deliberately so.
Family-run since 1982, focused on a single service area.
John's Tree Services North Shore was established in 1982 with a simple mission: provide considered, honest tree work across Sydney's North Shore. Four decades later we're still family-run, still focused on a single service area, and still led by the same generation that cut its teeth on Wahroonga's oldest eucalypts.
As a small practice, we've built our reputation on personalised service and deep local expertise. By focusing exclusively on the North Shore, we respond faster, price more sharply, and carry relationships with every local council across our service area.
Today we continue to serve the North Shore with the same unhurried, careful approach. Our arborists know which eucalypts come down in a westerly, which jacarandas have a protection order attached, and which suburbs still have their 1920s fig canopy intact. Local knowledge isn't a tagline — it's how we work.
